AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Research and Development Engineer for a leading global manufacturing organization based in Little Rock, AR. This role supports the development and testing of new industrial plastic products within a state-of-the-art laboratory environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3+ years of R&D experience, along with strong skills in 3D CAD modeling and mechanical testing. Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $85k to $110k with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of R&D Engineering experience in product manufacturing.
• Experience supporting mechanical systems and product validation.
• Ability to travel approximately 15-20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, testing, and validation for industrial plastic products.
• Design and modify components using 3D CAD software.
• Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.
