Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking an R&D Engineer to advance infrared phenomenology and techniques, supporting PED data processing and modeling capabilities for missile and aircraft systems. You will collaborate with engineers, scientists, and analysts to develop advanced intelligence analysis processes.

The role offers exposure to EO/IR/RF signature generation, data analysis from infrared sensors, and opportunities to work in a dynamic, employee-owned environment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience with EO/IR signature phenomenologies for passive remote sensing.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EO/IR/RF phenomenology algorithms.
• Generate EO/IR/RF signatures using COTS and GOTS software.
• R&D on remotely sensed data and modeling of systems and development of analysis algorithms.
• Provide input to test or analysis reports and briefings.
• Produce reports on algorithm and tool development/enhancement.
