Qualifications

• BS in Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience and understanding of EO/IR signature phenomenologies specific to passive remote sensing applications and missile/aircraft systems.
• Ability to obtain security clearance
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement algorithms associated with EO/IR/RF phenomenologies
• Generate EO/IR/RF signatures using COTS and GOTS software packages
• R&D on remotely sensed data to include both modeling of systems and development of analysis algorithms
• Provide input to test or analysis reports and briefings
• Produce reports on algorithm and tool development/enhancement
