Job summary

Roth Staffing is seeking an R&D Engineer II for a medical device manufacturing company. This 12-month contract role offers an hourly pay rate of $40.00 to $43.72, starting immediately.

The engineer will support THV delivery systems, lead design control activities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvements. Responsibilities include applying design controls, performing risk assessments, and contributing to verification and validation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or sciences with required years of experience.
• Experience in life sciences or medical device industry is preferred.
• Experience with design controls, V&V, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering input to THV product projects applying design controls and risk management.
• Lead investigations into field performance issues and support labeling and training updates.
• Develop test methods and procedures to evaluate device prototype performance.
• Maintain documentation and generate protocols, reports, and technical summaries.
