Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Tempe, AZ seeks an entry-level R&D Engineer for Design Verification & Validation with data analysis experience. This 12-month, W2 contract role offers 40 hours weekly, first shift, with pay range $20–$30/hour.

The candidate will write verification reports, develop test methods, and manage small projects while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance for medical devices.

Qualifications

• Design verification/validation protocol and report writing with statistical analysis.
• Develop and coordinate test methods and validation activities.
• Project management experience, leading projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist remediation to ensure EU MDR compliance for Product Engineering Surgical franchise.
• Provide engineering support for design and development of existing products.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support quality, manufacturing, and cost improvements.
• Execute technical and cross-functional project work as directed.
• Develop and execute test methods with measurement equipment and data analysis.
• Prepare detailed reports from design verification analyses and changes.
• Present updates to stakeholders and track project plans in MS Project.
• Ensure compliance with client quality policies and safety regulations.
