Job summary

Lancesoft in Memphis, TN, seeks an R&D/Released Product Engineer I to design, develop, and improve medical devices across the product lifecycle. Onsite role focused on sustaining engineering, product improvements, change control, and regulatory/compliance alignment.

Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Operations, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain to deliver reliable, manufacturable solutions and support CST implants line.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years.
• Developing with CAD/CREO and GD&T, root cause analysis, and change control experience.

Responsibilities

• Support released products throughout the commercialization-to-end-of-life lifecycle.
• Execute sustaining engineering projects, product improvements, and design changes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Operations, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain.
• Design studies to investigate life science questions within field of expertise.
• Translate research discoveries into usable and marketable products.
