Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical engineering.
• Washing machines experience preferred but not required.
• SolidWorks 3D/2D CAD software knowledge.
• Exposure to manufacturing processes and designing for manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support to ensure design and performance from the customer perspective.
• Effectively deploy and manage resources to achieve project goals.
• Resolve production- and customer-facing problems using statistical analysis.
• Maintain continuous communication and collaboration with internal teams for project success.
• Determine product goals and plan resources to meet deadlines.
• Design and develop products from concept through design, qualification, and production.
• Use CAD models, 3-D surface models, and prototypes to show design intent and feasibility.
• Formulate and adhere to standards and procedures for product development.
