Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Food Process Engineering, or related degree.
• Graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Experience or interest in programming, data analysis, and modeling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in academic projects, extracurricular activities, or previous work experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and test new or improved processes for development and commercialization.
• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to scale process solutions.
• Scale-up products from benchtop and pilot plant to full production.
• Create, improve or eliminate waste in products and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to grow businesses.
• Engage external partners to increase efficiency and identify new capabilities.
• Interact with consumers/customers to translate insights into concepts and offerings.
• Develop technical depth and business acumen; apply digital tools to accelerate learning.
