Church & Dwight is seeking a Digital Scientist for an onsite role at Princeton, NJ. You will design, build, and scale digital tools that accelerate consumer research, lab operations, and AI-enabled innovation within the Consumer Experience & Design Capabilities Group in Research & Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field with strong data skills.
• 2+ years of experience with digital tools, analytics, automation, or AI tech.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with data science libraries and ML frameworks.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and Copilot suite.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with Git or GitHub for version control.
• Exposure to low-code/no-code tools and AI agent development concepts.
• Understanding of data architecture and governance principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead moderately complex projects to improve data capture, connection, and visualization for decision-making.
• Design and maintain dashboards and visual analytics tools (Power BI).
• Develop data pipelines and data models across LIMS, SharePoint, and related platforms.
• Apply data science and AI methods to build predictive and classification models.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations for scientists and leaders.
• Build AI-enabled workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot tools.
• Maintain governance, evaluation criteria, and adoption materials aligned with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Digitize product screening and performance evaluation methods and reports.
• Contribute to project management and continuous improvement of digital platforms.
