Job summary

Corteva Agriscience in Indianapolis, IN is seeking students for a full-time internship within our Research and Development organization. Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, ML, Statistics, Automation or related field.
• Two years of undergrad CS or Data Science coursework completed (labs included).
• Strong technical data skills and business communication; able to interact with stakeholders.
• Interest or experience in data engineering, data pipelines, cloud platforms, or CI/CD practices is a plus.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Must relocate to Indianapolis, IN for the internship.
• Must work full-time (40 hours/week) for at least 10 weeks (May–Aug).
• Experience with R, Python, cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP) and visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on computer science projects including automation, software engineering, ML, analytics, and visualization.
• Gather requirements from business users and identify opportunities to improve tools and workflows.
• Explore AI, ML, analytics, and automation to enhance efficiency and data-driven decisions.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions using historical data to propose templates and workflows.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to improve reporting, dashboards, and insights.
• Enhance internal tools through workflow automation and process improvements.
• Work with GIS to develop new data products and assessments.
