Qualifications

• Pursuing a CS/DS related degree with two years of coursework completed.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis, IN for the internship.
• Available for full-time (40 hours/week) for about 10 weeks (May–August).
• Experience with R, Python, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on computer science-based projects including automation, software engineering, ML, and data visualization.
• Engage with business users to gather requirements and improve internal tools and workflows.
• Explore AI/ML analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions using historical data and patterns.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to improve reporting and dashboards.
• Enhance internal tools through automation and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with GIS where applicable to create new data products.
