Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or Polymer Science.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to work up to 40 hours per week for 6 months (potential extension).
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.

Responsibilities

• Support engineers, scientists, chemists and technicians in the Performance Coatings Group.
• Assist with processing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
• Perform laboratory tasks using general and advanced lab equipment.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on process chemistry and material science projects.
• Document research results, calculations and data analyses for supervisors.
