Job summary

Procter & Gamble seeks an R&D Engineer Co-op for Purdue students graduating in 2028/2029. Located on-site at the Boston Gillette World Shaving Headquarters, the co-op spans 12–24 weeks with a co-op allowance and temporary employment status.

You will collaborate with mentors to advance innovations across multiple R&D areas, from product design and formulation to data science and analytical modeling.

Qualifications

• We are looking for Bachelor's/Master's students who are majoring in engineering degrees graduating in 2028 or 2029.
• We offer roles for Chemical, Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering and Data Science/Analytics.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Candidate should have critical thinking and active listening.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with R&D teams to learn and contribute to product innovations.
• Collaborate with technologists and mentors on projects from concept to development.
• Engage in multiple R&D areas including product design, packaging, and data analytics.
• Participate in process development and pilot plant operations concepts.
• Contribute to material development and modeling/Simulation activities.
