Rust-Oleum is seeking a co‑op/intern to work in Pleasant Prairie, WI, 40 hours per week at $25.00/hour. Students will act as coatings chemists in training, gaining growth in a teamwork-based environment while learning about a range of product types from metal to concrete coatings.

Typical duties include creating sample batches, performing testing, documenting results, and supporting production scale-up and batch adjustments, under cross-functional guidance.

Formación

• Current undergraduate student pursuing Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a comparable scientific degree.

Responsabilidades

• Creating sample batches of paint for formula development.
• Conducting performance testing on lab samples and competitive products.
• Documenting data and interpreting/reporting results.
• Assisting with production scale-up and batch adjustments.
