Qualifications

• Experience in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cleanroom protocols and safety regulations.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams on R&D and process evaluations.
• Experience working with small parts under the microscope.
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting cleanroom equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data logging.
• Leadership experience mentoring others.
• Proactive approach to process improvements.
• Proficient data recording and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture prototype, pilot, and validation units to spec.
• Test units, document results, address deviations.
• Log data from manufacturing and testing processes.
• Monitor processes, report abnormalities, collaborate to fix issues.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing on material and process evaluations.
• Operate and monitor cleanroom equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean, compliant workspace and batch records.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on SOPs and protocols.
• Participate in initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead team tasks and projects to achieve goals.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; stay updated on changes.
• Troubleshoot and implement solutions for complex issues.
• Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic R&D cleanroom.
