Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Change Readiness Director to lead the Strategy, Portfolio, & Operations change agenda within the Innovative Medicine and MedTech space. You will partner with senior leaders to design and deploy readiness programs, develop engagement strategies, and align with Credo and CEO imperatives, fostering a culture of Courage & Care across a global, matrix R&D organization.

The role emphasizes strategy development, program management, stakeholder engagement, and measurement

Qualifications

• Change Management frameworks, principles, and methodologies.
• Performance consulting to identify gaps and solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Analytical skills to inform training strategies and improve program effectiveness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Create and execute communications frameworks to engage employees at all levels.
• Identify key stakeholders and build buy‑in across R&D.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to measure program effectiveness.
• Assess change impacts and translate insights into engagement plans.
• Monitor and evaluate change initiatives and report progress.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with senior stakeholders across R&D.
• Model and promote the Courage & Care culture within a large matrix organization.
• Oversee program management for change initiatives across R&D functions (preclinical, clinical, regulatory, operations).
