• Strong interest in R&D operations, process improvement, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, tracking, and execution of R&D projects and engineering lots.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop automation solutions and engineering tools to streamline R&D workflows.
• Use programming, data analysis, and dashboards to automate recurring tasks and improve visibility.
• Identify trends and root causes to support data-driven improvements in cycle time and efficiency.
• Collaborate to standardize R&D workflows and develop SOPs.
