You will plan, prepare, and execute product application trials and customer-focused technical projects, working with scientists, milling teams, and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in technical field like Food Science or Grain Science.
• Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory practices and scientific methodology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate grain-based products and dough systems.
