Hinkle Construction, a Primoris Services Corporation company is seeking General Laborers to perform a variety of tasks on construction sites, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring efficient project completion. **Job Responsibilities-** \* Perform physically demanding tasks such as digging trenches, clearing debris, and loading/unloading materials. \* Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision, including shovels, rakes, jackhammers, and compactors. \* Assist with the setup and teardown of construction sites, including erecting temporary structures and placing safety barriers. \* Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and organization. \* Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. \* Support skilled trades (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) with various tasks as directed. \* Transport materials to and from work areas using wheelbarrows, carts, or other methods. \* Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors. **Job Qualifications-** \* Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), standing for extended periods, bending, and kneeling. \* Reliable transportation to and from various job sites. \* Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions diligently. \* Basic understanding of construction site safety practices is preferred. \* Ability to work effectively in a team environment. \* Must be at least 18 years of age. \* Prior experience in a construction environment is a plus, but not required.## **About Us:**R.B.
