Job summary

IAC Group is seeking an Advanced Quoting Tool Engineer focused on Primary Injection Molds to develop and optimize digital quoting tools and cost models. You will drive automation and data-driven decision making across quote development.

Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Operations, you will implement standardized templates, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and profitability of quotes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in automotive manufacturing, costing or quoting.
• Experience with injection mold cost models and quoting systems.
• Familiarity with ERP and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and enhance advanced quoting software and cost models.
• Develop automated quoting solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Create standardized quote templates and workflows.
• Collaborate with ERP, finance, and manufacturing systems.
• Provide technical guidance to quoting users.
