Job summary

Nova Solutions Group is seeking a Financial Applications Analyst to support Quorum ERP systems powering upstream accounting, land, and financial operations in Houston, TX. The role emphasizes hands-on administration and continuous improvement with minimal travel.

The ideal candidate will serve as the Quorum SME, lead configuration and support, and partner with Accounting, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, CS, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years administering, maintaining, configuring, and supporting Quorum ERP software.
• Minimum of 5 years in oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of upstream oil and gas accounting processes and ERP workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, troubleshoot, and support Quorum and the financial application portfolio.
• Provide functional and technical guidance on Quorum transactions, workflows, and reporting needs.
• Partner with Accounting, Land Administration, IT, and other teams to translate requirements into system configurations and improvements.
• Coordinate testing, deployments, and change management for Quorum maintenance releases and upgrades.
