Job summary

Continental Resources, Inc. seeks a Senior IT Analyst to support Quorum Land System and related land applications within the IT Exploration and Development Team. You will drive data integration, system upgrades, and process improvements while ensuring data quality and user satisfaction.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document standards, and provide training and technical support. Strong SQL Server skills and SDLC understanding are required, with a focus on delivering reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of recent related experience in a systems analyst or business analyst role.
• Strong SQL Server skills (queries, views, stored procedures, triggers).
• Experience supporting business end users.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical resources to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Quorum Land System, Quorum Land Acquisition Application, and other land apps.
• Support software implementations, new features, and system upgrades.
• Define requirements with business users and recommend process improvements leveraging technology.
• Provide technical support for Quorum and related applications.
• Document standards and procedures for end users and support resources.
• Facilitate training on Quorum Land System and other applications.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve technical issues in Quorum and land software.
• Prioritize development needs and communicate status with management.
• Understand data/software usage patterns and identify UX improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and technology.
