Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance QuickBase applications.
• Manage production support, application maintenance, and KTLO activities.
• Develop and maintain QuickBase pipelines and integrations.
• Perform SQL queries and data extraction to support business needs.
• Collaborate with business users to resolve issues, prioritize requests, and implement solutions.
• Support project initiatives while balancing ongoing production support and enhancements.
• Ensure application reliability, performance, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with QuickBase application development and support.
• Experience supporting enterprise QuickBase environments and multiple business applications.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBase pipelines, integrations, and automation.
• Proficiency in SQL querying and data extraction.
• Experience with application maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Ability to independently manage support requests, resolve issues, and deliver enhancements.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large‑scale QuickBase environments.
• Background in general enterprise application support.
• Experience balancing project delivery with ongoing KTLO/support responsibilities.
• SAP integration or support experience is a plus but not required.
