Program Manager Master QuickBase

Location: Washington, DC / Onsite

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, related field, or equivalent experience.

Required experience: 16 years

The agency seeks a highly qualified and experienced QuickBase Consultant to review, document, analyze, develop, and support the agency's QuickBase rapid development and prototyping framework. The Office of Information Technology supports the development and modernization of its QuickBase application for various operations. The candidate shall have extensive expertise in QuickBase application architecture, development, and implementation, specifically in building custom applications with the client. The candidate should have specific expertise in building dashboards, reports, and QuickBase customizations, with the ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into technology specifications. Proven skills in application development and ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross‑functional and rapid application development environment.
