Job summary

Bob Rohrman Hyundai is seeking a dependable Lube Technician to join our service team. Responsibilities include oil changes, tire rotation, tire balance, and multi-point inspections in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate has basic automotive maintenance knowledge, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to learn and advance within the shop through paid training and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Less than 1 year of automotive experience is acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Dependable, punctual and a team player.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to learn and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Rotate, balance, and inspect tires.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Check and adjust fluid levels and tire pressures.
• Replace filters, wiper blades, bulbs, and other maintenance items.
• Document inspection results and recommended services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Assist other technicians as needed.
• Ensure every vehicle is handled carefully and professionally.
