Ourisman Chantilly Kia is seeking a skilled and dedicated Quick Lube Technician to join our team at our busy auto dealership in Chantilly, Virginia. The Quick Lube Technician will be responsible for performing routine oil changes and basic maintenance services on vehicles, as well as ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the service area. This is a full-time hourly position, working as an individual contributor in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine oil changes and other basic maintenance services on vehicles, including tire rotations, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs
• Inspect and test vehicle systems and components, such as brakes and batteries, to identify any potential issues or recommended services
• Keep accurate and detailed records of all work performed, including parts and supplies usedMaintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service
• Assist other service technicians and team members as needed

Requirements
