Kenny Kent Chevrolet is seeking a Quick Lube Technician to join our team in Evansville, IN. You will perform routine oil changes and lubrication services, following dealership and manufacturer standards, while documenting work and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Must have solid automotive knowledge and diagnostic abilities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; eager to improve.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair/service procedures.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; ASE certification or technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter changes, and lubrication per service ticket with efficiency and accuracy.
• Inspect and report needed maintenance including air filters.
• Check fluid levels and fill as necessary.
• Perform Multi Point Vehicle Inspection.
• Document and quality-check work; maintain a clean work area.
• Attend training classes and stay current with factory bulletins.

We are looking for aQuick Lube Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will perform routine oil change and lubrication services as assigned.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Perform work, including oil changes, filter changes, lubrication as outlined on service ticket with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and manufacture standards.
• Inspect and report any needed maintenance or replacements including air filters.
• Check fluid levels, fill if necessary.
• Perform Multi Point Vehicle Inspection
• Fill out a follow up sticker and adhere it to the windshield.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Document work performed.
• Quality check work performed.
• Attend training classes
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins
• Ensure that customers’ vehicles are kept clean
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of waste.
• Work and communicate effectively with co-workers and management and be a Team Player.
