Job summary

LeadCar Toyota Mankato in Minnesota is seeking a Quick Lube Technician to safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers. You will perform quality services with honesty and integrity while keeping the vehicle and shop clean and organized.

The wage range is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, with total rewards including bonuses, commissions, and competitive benefits, plus paid time off and 401(k) matching. Join a team that prioritizes customer goals and Toyota standards.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be self-motivated and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Work with hands on vehicles, such as changing oil and filters, adding fluids, checking tire pressures.
• Accurately completes Toyota Multi-Point Inspection Forms on all vehicles.
• Works closely as a team with constant communication.
• Speaks effectively with the customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor
• Ensures the customers’ cars are kept clean.
• Keeps the shop area neat and clean.
• Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Operates all tools in a safe manner.
• Reports any safety issues immediately to management.

Job Summary

The primary function of a Quick Lube Technician is to safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers. They must always perform quality services with the utmost honesty and integrity.

Earnings Potential:

The wage range for this role is $18.00 - $ 20.00 per hour. Hourly Wage is just one part of our total rewards package which additionally includes performance bonuses for eligible roles, commissions, and competitive benefits.
