CarGuys Inc. is recruiting for Automotive Quick Lube Technicians, Lube Techs, and Express Service Technicians for roles across the U.S. and Canada.

The jobs offer opportunities in high-volume service environments with modern departments, competitive pay, and a chance to grow into full automotive technician roles. As a quick lube technician, you will perform oil changes, inspections, fluid checks, and basic diagnostics, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience as a lube tech, quick lube technician, or automotive service technician preferred but not required.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes and filter replacements.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and basic diagnostics.
• Check and top off fluids including coolant, brake fluid, and transmission fluid.
• Inspect tires, brakes, and basic vehicle components.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service area.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Assist other technicians and service staff as needed.
