Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is recruiting Automotive Quick Lube Technicians, Lube Techs, and Express Service Technicians for opportunities across the United States.

This entry-level to experienced role focuses on oil changes, inspections, and routine maintenance in high-volume service environments. With competitive pay up to $41,600+ per year and bonus opportunities, you will join modern service departments and clear paths to advanced automotive technician roles.

Qualifications

• Experience as a lube tech or express service tech is preferred but not required.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes and filter replacements.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and basic diagnostics.
• Check and top off fluids including coolant, brake fluid, and transmission fluid.
• Inspect tires, brakes, and basic vehicle components.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service area.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Assist other technicians and service staff as needed.
