Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking Automotive Quick Lube Technicians, Lube Techs and Express Service Technicians for opportunities across the U.S. and Canada. This entry-level to mid-level role focuses on routine maintenance in high-volume settings.

You will perform oil changes, inspections, and fluid checks with training and growth paths into full automotive technician roles; dealerships and service centers partner with us to hire the best fit.

Qualifications

• Experience as a lube tech or automotive service technician is preferred but not required.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes and filter replacements.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and basic diagnostics.
• Check and top off fluids including coolant, brake fluid, and transmission fluid.
• Inspect tires, brakes, and basic vehicle components.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service area.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Assist other technicians and service staff as needed.
