The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and sales skills, with a starting salary ranging from $30,000 to $40,000 per year plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service needs, explain quick lube options, provide estimates and wait times.
• Present oil change options and maintenance services based on vehicle history and manufacturer guidance.
• Coordinate referrals to full-service repairs at associated stores.
• Keep customers informed about status and completion times.
• Prepare and present invoices, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services performed.
