Qualifications

• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
• Organizational skills to manage appointments, maintain records, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively and professionally.
• Sales skills to recommend additional services and promotions to customers based on their needs.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping tasks.
• Team collaboration with lube technicians and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with service needs, provide estimates and explain services.
• Present oil change options and recommended services.
• Coordinate referrals to full-service repairs at sister stores.
• Keep customers informed about service status and completion times.
• Prepare and present service invoices, handle payments and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and services performed.
• Communicate with technicians to relay customer requests and ensure timely delivery of service.
• Inform customers about current promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure waiting area is clean, organized and stocked with supplies.
