Job summary

Powerhouse Automotive Group in Central Georgia is seeking a Quick Lane Technician to perform routine maintenance services, oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections. You will support the service department’s quick-service operations while delivering a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to follow dealership procedures in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Basic automotive maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, brakes (as qualified), fluid checks, and filter replacements.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings accurately.
• Identify basic vehicle maintenance needs and communicate recommendations to service advisors.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership service procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Use shop equipment and tools properly and safely.
• Complete repair orders and inspection documentation accurately.
• Support overall shop workflow and assist team members as needed.
• Participate in training to develop technical skills and support advancement opportunities.
