Apple Autos is seeking a motivated Automotive Quick Lube Advisor in Minnesota. No experience is required, and the role offers training and advancement opportunities within a top Minnesota Workplace.

You will greet customers, collect data, assess service needs, prepare repair orders, and provide labor and parts estimates. The job emphasizes customer satisfaction, quick lane efficiency, and teamwork in a high-volume dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, obtain customer and vehicle data.
• Determine nature of desired service and/or complaint; consult vehicle file; promote labor/parts/services without losing sight of quick lane advisory.
• Write clear and precise repair instructions on the repair order for the technician.
• Provide estimate for labor and parts; if cost cannot be established, leave open and contact customer for approval.
• Establish payment method when writing RO; obtain customer signature.
• Utilize Quick Lane processes/policies to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service operations.
• Responsible for other duties assigned by business needs.

Apple Autos is seeking a highly-driven Automotive Quick Lube Advisor to join our team, no experience necessary. What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, obtain customer and vehicle data.
• Determine nature of desired service and/or complaint. Consult vehicle file. Promote the sales of labor, parts, and accessories without losing sight of the fact that you are a quick lane advisor to the customer.
• Write clear and precise repair instructions on the repair order for the technician.
• Provide estimate for labor and parts. If cost of service cannot be established during reception, leave open and contact customer for approval.
• Establish method of payment when writing up the repair order with the customer, also time promised. Obtain customer’s signature on RO.
• Utilizes Quick Lane processes and policies to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient and effective service operations.
• Responsible for other duties assigned and/or required by business needs.

• Previous light duty repair and maintenance preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass preemployment drug test and background check.
