Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, 21+ years old.
• Must have School-Age Childcare Credentials OR Early Childhood Credentials.
• Experience with elementary/middle school children and regulatory training.
• CPR and First Aid within six weeks of hire; annual professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee before/after school program (QUEST) operations.
• Maintain licensing compliance and staff supervision.
• Plan activities, field trips, and staff schedules.
• Ensure safety and proper student supervision at all times.
• Data entry for child, family, and accounting records.
