Qualifications

• LMSW required and licensed to practice in NY/NJ.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Clinical understanding of Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leaders and provide regular supervision with direct reports.
• Coordinate outreach and engagement to identify street homelessness and connect to services.
• Support 24/7 outreach operations and housing placement across Queens; A coordinating with service providers and agencies.
• Manage crisis interventions, risk assessments, and incident management; ensure timely documentation.
