The F&B Purchasing and Receiving Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all food, beverage, and non-food deliveries are received, inspected, and match the purchase orders; logging all incoming and outgoing guest packages; maintaining an organized filing system for purchase orders and delivery statuses; conducting inventories of storerooms and coolers to ensure adequate supplies; and promptly reviewing and fulfilling department requisitions.
