Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment (saws, drills, lapping, polishing, grinders).
• Produce and detail quartz glass parts to specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality per specs.
• Follow process procedures, work orders, drawings.
• Calibrate equipment using calipers, micrometers, other tools.
• Perform detail work like waxing, dewaxing, chamfering, cleaning.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; perform routine maintenance.
• Keep a safe, organized, clean workspace; monitor processes.
