Roman Stones LLC in Baton Rouge is seeking a Quartz/Granite Fabricator with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. You will cut, polish, miter, and prepare quartz and granite for high-end residential and commercial installations.

Ideal candidates read layouts accurately, measure precisely, and work efficiently with saws, polishers, grinders, and related tools. You’ll contribute to a solid workflow and deliver quality workmanship both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on fabrication experience.
• Ability to read layouts, measure accurately, and work efficiently.
• Skilled in using tools such as saws, polishers, grinders, etc.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Must take pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate quartz and granite into finished products for installations.
• Cut, polish, and miter stone according to layouts.
• Prepare stone for high-end residential and commercial installations.
