Caterpillar Inc. is hiring a Quarry Site Technology consultant to lead technology strategy and execution across quarry sites, driving jobsite performance and adoption of solutions that align with customer needs.

You will partner with Go-to-Market, Commercial and product teams to translate field insights into actionable roadmap priorities. The role requires strong consulting and customer-facing experience, plus experience in quarry/mining sectors.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within quarry, aggregates, mining, heavy construction, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success deploying and scaling technology solutions that improve safety, productivity, or operational efficiency.
• Strong consulting and customer-facing experience, including conducting site assessments and identifying business improvement opportunities.
• Ability to quantify customer value and communicate technology ROI to operational and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarry site technology strategy and execution to improve jobsite performance.
• Drive adoption of technology solutions through training, deployment, and field engagements.
• Conduct performance studies and site assessments to evaluate solution effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Translate customer requirements, product feedback, and field insights into sales opportunities and product priorities.
• Lead customer validation through early-learner programs and field engagements.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute the quarry site technology vision and roadmap.
