Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Lead Quarry industry site technology strategist to guide execution that boosts jobsite performance, adoption, and commercial growth.

As SME for Go-to-Market and Commercial teams, you will train, deploy, and field-engage to increase technology adoption, conduct performance studies, and translate feedback into business opportunities and product priorities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in quarry, aggregates, mining, heavy construction, or related industries.
• Strong consulting and customer-facing experience, including site assessments and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ability to quantify customer value and communicate technology ROI to operational and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quarry industry site technology strategy and execution to improve jobsite performance, adoption, and drive commercial growth.
• Serve as the Quarry site technology SME for Go-to-Market and Commercial teams.
• Support solution training, deployment, and field engagements to increase technology adoption and utilization.
• Conduct performance studies and jobsite assessments to evaluate solution effectiveness and strengthen outcomes.
• Translate customer requirements, product feedback, and field insights into sales opportunities, business cases, and product priorities.
• Lead customer validation through early-learner programs, field-follow engagements, customer visits.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute the quarry site technology vision and roadmap.

Job description

• Lead Quarry industry site technology strategy and execution to improve jobsite performance, increase adoption, and drive commercial growth
• Serve as the Quarry site technology subject matter expert for Go-to-Market and Commercial teams
• Support solution training, deployment, and field engagements to increase technology adoption and utilization
• Conduct performance studies and jobsite assessments to evaluate solution effectiveness, identify improvements, and strengthen outcomes
• Translate customer requirements, product feedback, and field insights into sales opportunities, business cases, product enhancements, and NPI priorities
• Lead customer validation through early-learner programs, field-follow engagements, customer visits, and performance feedback
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute the quarry site technology vision and roadmap

Requirements

• Extensive experience within quarry, aggregates, mining, heavy construction, or related industries
• Demonstrated success deploying and scaling technology solutions that improve safety, productivity, or operational efficiency
• Strong consulting and customer-facing experience, including conducting site assessments and identifying business improvement opportunities
• Ability to quantify customer value and communicate technology ROI to operational and executive audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Mining, Business, or a related field experience preferred
• Travel up to 40% domestic and international
• Must be able to work onsite five days per week, Monday through Friday
• Visa sponsorship is not available
• Successful completion of a drug screen required for employment
