Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking individuals to support quarry and plant operations in a safety-focused role. You will perform production, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks, operating mobile equipment and assisting with material handling across the site.

Applicants should be able to work safely in industrial environments, operate or learn machinery, and communicate well within a team to contribute to reliable, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to work safely in quarry/mining/industrial environments.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate mobile equipment and production-related machinery.
• Strong work ethic with flexibility to perform various operational and maintenance tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork with reliability and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support quarry and plant operations with production, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
• Safely operate mobile equipment and assist with material handling around the site.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify equipment/operational issues for resolution.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to support production goals and continuous improvement.
