Job summary

Hinkle Contracting, LLC, a CRH company, seeks a Quarry Plant Operator to manage the daily operation of the aggregate classification plant at our Kentucky site. You will interact with customers, truck drivers and sales staff, ensuring safe, efficient production and quality materials.

Responsibilities include performing maintenance (cutting, welding, metal fabrication), inspecting plant parts, and completing daily production reports while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent training.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Must be 18+ and able to read and interpret safety manuals.
• Able to complete daily production paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate aggregate and sand plants safely and efficiently.
• Interact with customers, salespersons, and truck drivers.
• Perform maintenance including cutting, welding, and metal fabrication.
• Complete daily plant production reports.
• Follow safety procedures per EH&S manual.
