Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Quarry Operator to support production and maintenance at our North America quarry site. You will work under quarry supervisors, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while assisting with equipment operation and maintenance tasks.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience (welding preferred), and the ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions. This onsite position offers opportunities to grow with Amrize.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years mechanical maintenance experience required; welding experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in hot/cold, dusty conditions with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assist production and maintenance functions in the quarry.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow health, safety and environmental policies.
• Operate or assist with heavy equipment as assigned and trained.
• Support shifts and schedules as needed.
