Tilcon New York Inc. is seeking an Aggregate Plant Supervisor at Clinton Point, NY to lead quarry operations with a strong focus on safety and reliability. You will oversee scheduling, maintenance planning, and cross-department coordination to ensure efficient production and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3+ years quarry/asphalt supervision experience.
• Strong adherence to safety requirements and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate English and math, office practices and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other personnel.
• Ability to handle multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer literacy including Microsoft Outlook and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Coordinates personnel and activities per department policies and quarry standards.
• Reviews reports and collaborates with plant manager for planning.
• Gives work direction, schedules, and deadlines.
• Ensures parts and stock for maintenance are available.
• Coordinates with departments for efficiency and economy.
• Prepares management reports and records.
