SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) seeks a seasoned Plant Manager to oversee quarry operations, champion safety, and drive regulatory compliance, efficiency, and profitability. You will lead a cohesive team toward operational excellence in all facets of quarrying.

Minimum 5–7 years in quarry/mining management with strong knowledge of excavation, drilling, blasting, and material processing is required, along with proven leadership, cost-control, and safety expertise.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in quarry or mining management.
• Strong knowledge of excavation, drilling, blasting, and material processing.
• Proven leadership and cost-control capabilities.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in mining/quarrying.
• Proficient with MS Office and industry software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all quarry operations with a safety-focused approach.
• Strategize objectives aligned with mission and vision.
• Direct plant operations across production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
• Craft proactive maintenance and equipment rejuvenation programs.
• Enforce cost-control strategies within budget while upholding quality.
• Develop and coach supervisors, technical staff, and operators.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Serve as main contact for suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community.
