Job summary

A rapidly growing Aggregate Materials Company is seeking a Mining/Quarry Manager in Los Angeles, California. This role involves monitoring production processes, developing key performance reports, and leading maintenance programs. Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of aggregates production and safety regulations. Excellent interpersonal and mechanical skills are required as well as a background in leadership. This is a direct hire position with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of aggregates industry or closely related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of rock mining and quality control processes.
• Ability to work in a quarry environment and tolerate loud noise.

Responsibilities

• Monitor processes and materials to ensure quality products.
• Develop daily KPI reports to analyze plant performance.
• Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to limit downtime.
