Robar Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Quarry Repairman to perform maintenance, inspection, and repair of equipment at our Lucerne Valley, CA site. This regular full-time manual labor position requires readiness to operate heavy equipment if needed and to read technical manuals and blueprints.

The role requires 2+ years in a rock quarry setting, strict adherence to safety procedures, and teamwork. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; MSHA training is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years’ experience in a rock quarry plant.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Follow safety procedures in high-pressure environments.
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Team-oriented with strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery, or systems.
• Heavy equipment operation if needed.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
• Monitoring and adjusting production processes.
• Performing routine maintenance on machinery.
• Troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Communicating with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
