Carew Concrete is hiring a Quarry Loader Operator for our Brussels pit. The role operates medium to large end loaders and backhoes, ensuring the equipment is well maintained and the site remains clean.

We value safety highly; you will be expected to follow MSHA standards, pay close attention to detail, and work as the sole operator at the site. 1-2 years of loader and backhoe experience preferred; training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience operating a loader.
• 1-2 years of experience operating a back hoe.
• High value on safety and MSHA standards.
• Ability to maintain equipment and keep site clean.

Responsibilities

• Operate medium to large end loaders and backhoes.
• Maintain cleanliness of location and proper upkeep of equipment.
• Ensure MSHA standards at the location are met and followed.
